These general conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company JesS Cake Supplies - Lausanne, hereinafter referred to as "Seller" and secondly, by any person or entity wishing to make a purchase via the website www.jesscakesupplies.com hereinafter "Purchaser".
These terms and conditions are to define the contractual relationship between JesS Cake Supplies (the seller) and the Buyer and the conditions applicable to all purchases made through the website www.jesscakesupplies.com
The order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale, the recognition of having perfect knowledge and waiver of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions. JesS Cake Supplies reserves the right to modify terms and conditions at any time. In this case, the conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

These products and services are offered within the limits of available stocks. The seller reserves the right to change the product mix according to particular constraints related to its supply.

Price
The prices on our site in Swiss francs, including all taxes, excluding shipping.

Controls

Payment terms
The price is payable to the order in Swiss francs.

Delivery
Deliveries are made in Switzerland only to the address given by the customer in the order.
Generally, deliveries are made by La Poste sent Priority.
JesS Cake Supplies will ship packages from our local store in 1 to 2 business days + the time of the post, we are not responsible for delays related to the post.
Take advantage of the offer "free shipping" if your order exceeds CHF 100, below we will require a pass for CHF 9 Priority shipment.
You also have the opportunity to withdraw your order at no cost to our store by specifying when ordering.

Upon receipt of the package
Customer is responsible for checking the condition of the packaging and contents of the goods.
Our goods travel at the risk and peril, our responsibility ceases support shipment by the carrier.
If lost, thank you for contacting us by email. In case of damage of the package, we must make a claim to the post and accept the parcel that once made this claim.
Note that all our products leave our premises in perfect condition.
Wrong address
If the item returns a parcel on the ground, authentic: the recipient does not live at the address, the customer will receive a credit (fresh purchasing / excluding postage) and will have to iron his order on the website and correct address, the shipping costs will be at his expense.
Article missing
Despite the care taken in the preparation of orders, it may happen that an item is missing.
The customer has to check the contents of the package upon receipt and notify us within 3 days (by email with sworn statement) any error in his order.
After verification and subject JesS Cake Supplies reimburse this missing product in the form of a voucher or refund by bank transfer (according to the method of payment made by the customer) if the latter is no longer in stock . If the missing item is in stock, JesS Cake Supplies re-ship it.
Apart from 3 days from receipt of the goods, no claim will be accepted and JesS Cake Supplies will be released from any liability.
Wrong product
If our error in sending a product, simply return it to us by mail by mail B (at our expense) or return it to our store in Lausanne and the right item will be shipped without delivery costs.
Transfer of ownership - Transfer of risk
The transfer of ownership of Seller's products, and the correlative transfer of risk of loss and deterioration of the products related to the Customer, will be made upon acceptance of the order by the Seller, embodying the parties' agreement on the thing and the price and regardless of the date of payment and delivery. So the products at the risk and peril of the Client which may, in case of damage, make any claims with the carrier within 3 days of receipt of the parcel under legal and regulatory conditions.
Merchandise return
JesS Cake Supplies wishes to ensure the satisfaction of its customers.
If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you have within 7 days of the receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return the product. All returned products must be in its original packaging (included instructions, booklets, etc.), in the conditions in which you received it, should not have been used or have suffered damage. The return costs are borne by the customer.

Food products are not returned or exchanged (for hygiene).
